Thinking about what should a Diet include for staying Fit and Healthy ?

Tasty yet Super healthy things : Stay Healthy, Stay Fit

Staying Fit is one of the major concern in today's life as the quality of food we are getting these days is known to all. In some way or the other, each one of us has included unhealthy products in our lives and is forced to follow a unhealthy lifestyle.
Some of us love to eat unhealthy food due to its good taste while some other are doing it just to connect with people around as it is an status symbol to dine out with family or friends. But the question is - is the food quality we are getting or the fast food that we have included in our lifestyle good for out health ?

The quality of food that we are getting is not much in our hands, so my concern is to include healthier food products in our daily routine so that it can overcome the adverse effects of unhealthy products which we are consuming.
